Back to Juicing

So Many Veggies
It’s been a long year of stress-eating and being too busy to eat and eating just to get something in our system to keep going. It’s been a wonderful summer of relaxing and traveling and eating the most amazing food ever. We decided our bodies needed a little restart with the start of the season so we got back to juicing. Here are our three new favorite recipes.

For all these recipes, the process is the same. We put all the ingredients in the blender and pulverize it! Then we put it through a fine mesh strainer – because the particles make it difficult to drink… and not so tasty. (But don’t worry. I’m working on some uses for that tasty pulp. Remember these Carrot Crackers?)
