I don’t think this even counts as a recipe, but the whole purpose of this blog is to remind myself of how I use ingredients so I’ll be inspired (and prepared) the next time they show up in our CSA box. And this idea I found on a few different websites – and it’s brilliant. I just made rice like I always do – but tossed in two lemongrass sprigs tied in a bundle. My house smelled absolutely enticing… and the rice was flavored with such a bright, floral, herby flavor. Yum, yum, yum!
